With the recent outbreak of COVID-19 we want to reassure our patients that we are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of both our patients and staff during this time.
To ensure we can continue to provide services to our patients, we are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer consultations and appointments via video link, through our Jane management software. We can also conduct appointments via FaceTime if necessary. For people needing to self isolate or shield themselves at this time, it allows us to help you from the comfort of your own home.
Having conducted several 'remote' appointments already for both new and existing patients, we are delighted how much it is still possible to do including history, testing and diagnosis and how many resources we have access to for exercises, modalities, posture, ergonomics and tons of home based help, particularly patients have access to a helping pair of hands from any co-inhabitants.
Our chiropractors are able to offer video appointments during our normal clinic hours, between 9am - 7pm on weekdays and 9am - 1pm on Saturdays. We are also hoping to be able to extend the service for counselling and Alexander Technique appointments.
We are awaiting further clarification from the Royal College of Chiropractors and our statutory regulator, the General Chiropractic Council, on when we can resume 'hands-on' treatment.
